Saga Senior Living
A lifetime of stories. A place to belong.
Saga began with Chris Coulter's experience of care for his father, Jack. Today, that experience guides a simple commitment: get to know the person, understand what matters to them and provide support that respects how they want to live.
A heartfelt foundation
Inspired by Jack
Jack and Chris Coulter were father and son, and for years they were partners in real estate development, too. When Jack was living with dementia, the care he received in his final days fell short of what he deserved. Chris believed families should be able to expect more.
He founded Saga with a commitment to knowing each resident beyond their care needs: the routines they keep, the people they love and the interests that make a day their own. That is how Jack's story continues to shape Saga's communities.
This is Saga
- Every story matters.
- Every person deserves to be known.
What guides us
Comfort, respect and meaning
-
Know the person A resident's history, routines and interests tell us more than a list of care needs. Taking time to learn those details helps us understand how they want to live.
-
Kindness and care Support should respect both what a person needs help with and what they want to keep doing for themselves. We plan care around those needs and preferences.
-
Families included Families know their loved ones best. We listen, keep you informed and welcome you any time.
