This policy explains what information Saga Senior Living (“Saga,” “we”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers sagaseniorliving.com and the community pages on it. Care, admissions and health records are handled by each community under separate notices, not through this site.

Information you give us

You may share information with us when you:

• Use the chat or schedule a tour. We receive your name, phone number, email address, the community and time you choose, and anything you type to us.
• Ask about financial help through the forms on our payment guidance pages.
• Apply for a job. Applications are handled in a separate job application system.
• Call or email a community or our team.

Please keep medical details and care needs out of the chat and scheduling tools. Our team will talk through care needs with you in person or by phone.

Tour scheduling, chat and calls

Tour scheduling, chat and call tracking on this site are provided by Further, a service that works on Saga's behalf. Information you share there goes to Saga and the community team.

Financial help forms

If you complete a financial help form, the information you provide is sent to Elderlife Financial, a SilverAssist company, so an advisor can contact you about ways to pay. Review the notice shown with that form before you submit it.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use cookies and similar tools to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited, how people arrive, and whether someone taps a phone number, a tour button or a directions link. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for this, and a Google Ads tag to measure how our advertising performs. These tools record information such as your browser, device, approximate location and pages viewed.

We do not send your name, contact details or anything about health or care to analytics or advertising services.

• You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on and manage ad settings in your Google account.
• You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by telling the person you speak with or by calling our main office.

Your rights

Keeping information safe

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No website or transmission is completely secure. We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires.

Children

This site is meant for adults and families. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
