Accessibility

A website everyone can use

Our commitment to making this site accessible, and how to reach us if anything gets in your way.

Our commitment

Saga Senior Living wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. We design and build the site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

What we do

  • Text and buttons are sized and colored for clear contrast, and pages can be enlarged to 200 percent without losing content.
  • Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a link to skip straight to the main content.
  • Photos that carry meaning have text descriptions, and headings follow a clear order so pages make sense to screen readers.
  • Buttons and links are large enough to tap easily on a phone.
  • Motion and slideshows respect your device's reduced motion setting.
  • We test new pages with automated checks, keyboard-only use and screen readers, and we review the site again whenever we make significant changes.

Content from other companies

Some features on this site come from other providers, such as tour scheduling, chat and maps. We ask these providers about the accessibility of their tools and work with them when we find a problem. If one of these features does not work for you, please call us and we will help you directly.

If something does not work for you

If you have trouble using any part of this site, we want to know, and we will help you get the information or service you need another way. Call the community you are interested in, or call Saga's main office at 800-215-8188. Please tell us the page and what happened, and we will follow up.

You can find each community's phone number on Our Communities.
